Very good

Best location as it is at the central access with all types of transportation including bus to airport across the mall with 9 floor view city cafeteria. Friendly and informative staff. Room is simple but with balcony and small table for to sit and view the plaza comfortable bed and well clean. Most was the early checked in. I would stay here again if be back to Barcelona

No kleenex provided. Towers are a little old but very clean.

I reserved a “city view room with balcony” and a quiet room. I got the first but that room can’t be quiet. It’s right on the busy street - I could barely stand out on the balcony for a minute due to the noise.

Great location , warm welcoming staff, a wonderful base for Barcelona

really helpful and staff. They emailed clear easy directions for travel on transit from the airport to the hotel well in advance. On arrival they continued being so helpful with directions and tips. The best staff we have ever dealt with. The hotel is in a great location for sightseeing . It was clean quiet and comfortable.

Very good stay in the very city centre!

Location (central, safe, handy for airport transfer, and easy to walk to main attractions), large room, welcoming staff, very good mattress and pillows, excellent quality:price value

Not many toiletries, some aspects of the flooring, and some finishings in the bathroom are not yet 100% (not sure whether there is a leak from the bathroom flooring or just condensation in between corridor floor tiles). I would add a bit more warmth to the decor of the room, plus tea/coffee and kettle in the room (as opposed to having these in communal areas).

Central location and very helpful staff particularly Ainhoa who recommended some good restaurants. Clean and comfortable. Definitely worth a stay.

Superb

Both the people that we met who were working at the reception were very helpful and polite. The room was super clean. The bed was comfortable. High ceilings, bright natural light through the window, spacious. A pair of sleepers would be nice.

The price was a bit too much for just a room -no breakfast, but then again, the accommodation in Barcelona is very expensive. I didn't particularly like that it was located on a highway. The noise and pollution made it impossible to open the window. To be fair, on the pros of the location is that you can walk in every part of the city. Moreover, in 2-3 minutes walk are many bus stops, subways stations and the Aerobús that's the fastest and easiest way to get to the airport.

Location Location Location! Easy access from Barcelona Airport (aerobus) & Barcelona Sants station.

Perfect location, easy access to the hotel from the airport (via Aerobus) and Barcelona Sants train station. Ainhoa and Bruno who manages Izaila, are very helpful and always ready to answer questions. Easy to communicate, fast to response. I was upgraded to a room with a view and though it faces the street, the sound-proofing works well and I was able to sleep easy. Room was clean and spacious and bed is comfortable. Izaila has an elevator as well, so it's easy for guests with heavy luggages. I was able to walk to all tourists attractions, and El Corte Inglés is just directly opposite. I was so happy with Izaila that I decided to book another two nights with them. Highly recommend.

I was really satisfied with our stay in Izaila Plaza Catalunya. Beautiful city and region and an excellent place to stay.

Not sure where to start...the room was lovely, light and airy. The facilities were excellent. There was a small comfortable library at the hotel which we found useful and an excellent area to make hot drinks if required. All the staff were very helpful and gave good advise on places to see and where to get good food.

Access up to the hotel was in a lovely old lift, but unfortunately some of the other tenants in the building left the lift door open when exiting, which caused the lift to get stuck on that floor. The hotel staff and the building concierge where very helpful when this happened.
